Hey got a question for all the installers around.

I own a shop and we offer tint but I have never done any tint myself so I am interested in other professionals opinions.

If there is Dust Contamination on a vehicle you did what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.

Not sure if the is a minority or majority answer but no dust contamination is acceptable. There is always a solution to a shop dust problem if you care enough :dunno

"See!?!?!?!? This guy right here says it! NO DUST IS ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I saw 2 specks of dust in that last tint job! and the one b4 that had 3! I am not going to pay you for those ones!"

a little here and there is ok and expected. a few specks on each glass is gonna happen. you can spend a million dollars on a controled environment, but as soon drive a car that has road grime, and a dusty interior...it makes it IMPOSSIBLE for perfection.
