2 layers of limo

i have a bronco i use to go to desert races out here in the valley and mexico. i have always done the rear section with 2 layers of limo but it enhances the color of film from inside looking out. Looks too brownish or redish. anyone recommend a film brand/type i can use that keeps the same look as laying a single layer?

right now i have ewf tb5%. with the desert sun beating on you at 117 degrees double 5% almost doesnt cut it.

That would be because you are not really gaining that much extra heat rejection from a second layer of 5% film. If you want heat rejection try a different film set up....

More like that window is getting so hot its radiating more heat inside the car than it's blocking. I imagine several square feet of something absorbing massive amounts of solar energy can heat something that is only a few cubic feet very well. You would probably be better replacing the film with something reflective if legality isn't a concern

Having a "black window" using 5% X 2 is somewhat like a black body effect. If you remember in physics class. It will just attract more heat. Where having a metallic/reflective film will simply reflect the heat/light.

Go with HP film...
