Have to have admin rights to install other programs and they have IT guy that does not like Mozzilla, so he found a way to monitor for it and remove it

didnt imply you did , besides , i really wasnt "ragging" on Booms . i was simply giving him my local knowledge having grown up near there and living in the same region as he just left .

I tried that one right after it came out and it said I needed admin rights to install. At least I got IE8 out of the deal. I was stuck with IE6
