I have a customer from two weeks ago who is complaining about a “halo” like affect or reflection when looking out his side windows (doors only, not the back glass). He said it’s most noticeable around the lights of approaching vehicles when it’s dark out. I had him bring the vehicle in for me to inspect just to make sure the film was completely dry. I also called my supplier to see if they have had any complaints of “bad” film. Yes it was and no they haven't.

The car was tinted with 18% SunTek Carbon. All glass was cut from same roll of film.

Has anyone had a similar complainant for this vehicle or any other ?

This guy is a good customer and I really what to make sure he's happy. Any help or insight on this matter would be much appreciated!

Had a customer with the same type of car complaining about being able to see the 3rd brake light in the rear view mirror when braking. Different issue I know, but I hope this doesn't tun in to one of those annoying cars to deal with like BMWs and "tenting" on the defroster.

I had a A5 customer complain about his rear defroster and a weird reflection. I assume that's what you mean by "tenting". Told him the only way to get rid of it was to remove the film. That may be what I have to do in this case.

might be a good choice seeing how 18% is illeagal in PA ...
