Glad I could help Sounds like you have already tried with the local sales rep... don't know if you have dealt with Gary or not but he is a great guy. Hope this turns out in your advantage. Law is law Why is SG not legal there? I might have misunderstood

Just cause you run into a bad rep don't let it turn you off to the company. Dang things are expensive where you are

Yes i was very happy on the cds you send me.. great material.

Yes gary visited me once when setting up the cc.. years ago..

And also went to a couple of trainings in stockholm about the cc..

Well the reps. way of pushing his cleints around shows what the company

directors are like...

As we say here:

if the emploee is a bad service then something fishy is going on on the top..

And trust me this is the case.. when i tell reps to stay away from my shop ..there is a reason..

The SG is not illegal here .. yes you got it wrong..

The law here states that distributors cannot go out and tell dealers to make msrp minimum sale retail prices..

and hold them ..or else they will delete their account.. its illegal.. if so it will make the dealers chances of competing with other

dealers very hard.. and not easy to enter new markeds.. will reflect on the end user.. and the end user here is protected by greedy companies

The law says that it must be easy for the business to make their own retail prices no matter what the distributor says..

even if on a written contract...

If any distributor makes an agreement with other distributors or dealers under the table..

like keeping a specific price policy example the same price in all shops.. this will release a big investigation and very big fines for the companyes.

Same thing the laws says about a service like ccut ..

a company cannot go out as the leading businees on that area"which they are" no other companies offer european templates.

and make exclusive agreements with dealers.. and tell them that they cant use the ccut machine if they use any other or cheaper brand than SG..

And this is exactly what they are doing here... but they are hiding it under a price raise.. Just very funny that it only happens after 7 years..

And very funny that they now claim that i have nothing on writing.. i have this on a mail from the Rep.. so i can backup my statement..

So they have a big problem..

Man i hope the european direktor is a more straight thinker than the local rep guy..

Its rough when big corporations are bullying small independent business. It will catch up with them maybe not now but maybe in a few years. I am having the same situation with at&t with small print contracts . Just keep us informed on how and if they resolve your issues. The internet is our only weapon against the big boys .

No solution on the computercut with solargard !

Solargard salesman is a liar and a cheat..

I payed them 720 kr each month and now they want over the double...

I am quitting the computercut program..

There are to many mistakes in the patterns.. it costs a million in error cuts and

film destroyed....

I have many pictures that shows this... ask me and i will email them to you

Almost 2-3 cars you cut have errors in it...

Computer cut is out... Handcut is in...

That just cost me 15000 dollars...

Not for automotive european cars...

Solargard is the leading in this...

But the patterns sucks.!!
