Problem when cutting with anagraph 40"

Having trouble when sending cut jobs out from flexi.....

Ive had the cutter forever and still runs great except for this annoying problem...

I set up the plotter cut pressure and speed in the default settings.... I have it set for 100 pressure and 50 speed

after sending the job it will cut for a minute or two and then automatically jump to 200 pressure and 75 speed.....

I can reset it on the plotter panel and it will run a minute or two and then jump back to the highest settings....

the manual is LONG gone so not sure what to set up for the flow control....

should it be hardware? or Xon Xoff or None?

If I pick hardware, which boxes should I have checked DTR, RTS, DCD, DSR, OR CTS or a combination of them?

Have you tried calling the manufacturer? Sometimes they can be actually really helpful even if you didn't buy it from them new.

One thing I might try see if there is a second user setting. On our plotter we can set up between different users (1.Tint 2.Vinyl. 3.Printed Contour Cuts) All three settings for us use different force, steps, etc.
