winter heat

So I'm sure the answer is obvious but I told the client I would check to be sure.

Custy says: "I want the film ti block heat in the summer, but in the winter, I like to have the heat come in, will it block the heat then too?"

Even as I type this it sounds like a no brainer, but what do I tell him? He's afraid the film will make it colder in the house during the winter. What do ya'll say?
