Water causing contamination...

let's talk a little on this subject shall we...

i got a feeling that i'm getting some contamination from my water source. i'm just using tap water now, not ran through any filter. but how do i know for sure its the water and not my technique? what does this usually look like? and how common is this really?

and second set of questions. what is the preferred way to filter the water on here? i've seen somewhere someone put an inline fuel filter in a section of hose and fitted it to a water source, would this do the trick? i like the concept of this but unsure of its effectiveness...

thanks guys/gals!!!

ive stuck with distilled water since day 1, only like 60 cents a gallon so thats not a concern.

that way if i have contamination i know its either from gaskets or technique and i dont have to worry about something else. due to this, i have improved quickly because i found where the contamination was coming from and fixed what i was doing so i now have professional results every time.

give it a switch and see what you think

might have to do that hopo!

about how far does a gallon take you in terms of cars/gallon? just curious.

and also, can you get distilled it the big jugs like for water coolers? never really paid any attention myself...

that's my question larry. i can't really tell. its little specs in random spots like its coming from the water but i'm not sure, never seen what it looks like before. i thought i was cleaning everything good. i always do a double pass with my channel squeegee and some times three if it didn't feel right...
