Odd dot-matrix solution

All the dot matrix solutions I've come across are: 1)sand it down 2)vinyl 3)live with it. I was in my friend's Accord (2001 model I think) and whoever did her back window simply cut the dot matrix part out. :beer So basically the tint covered 85% of the window, stopping where the dots began. Anyone heard of this?? I think it's rather shoddy and look really odd too.

seen it and yes it looks horrible! I'd rater have the white looking matrix than nothing on there!

it's all what the tinter knows as to wheather he tint up there or not and these people who tint this way arn't staying updated about thier industry!

I view these people as hacks and the information is out there even the distributer know how to show someone how to do it, or give them a phone # of someone who can walk them through it!

td.com is all they need to know!

why not try the methods here to see for your self that they in fact work like a charm?

there are many here that do it alittle different in tecnique, even if you try it and don't like it you can still cut it off?

or try vinyl at that point.
