These van windows are easier when the grain is run up and down to shrink fingers at the side. Still requires two-piece.

All this talk about how difficult they are makes me want to try one. Has anyone ever pulled the glass out to make it easier, if its easier at all. I recently did a Chevy 5 window truck and the corner windows are very similar. I could not do it with the windows in, but after they were out they were a lot easier, a bitch, but easier.

Never tried it. There is an abandoned one outside my house like a street down. Maybe ill sneak over to try shrink it but Ill have to get a torch cause I do not have an extension cord that long lol.....

TJ that window is easier out of the van. Also if you just have to you can seam it in the curve as well. The last few I have done in, but shrinking the film side to side not up and down. That is also how I did the 5 window chevy window aswell.
