Is that scratch on the outside or inside ? On top or under the film ?

Have you tried sliding the blade of a flat heat screwdriver back and forth across it to see if it is deep? Or tried some 60grit sandpaper to see if that would buff it out?

Well, I wouldn't try those things. Check it with the backside of your fingernail and inspect it at angle to see wher the scratch is located. :thumb

That window looks awful rough, what kind of car is it?

I just didn't clean it after the work was done lol. does it still look rough on those pictures?

So you don't tell the WHOLE story and take it up with the crew that allegedly did the deed and you want the internet to tell you what to do???

Makes about as much sense as....

I have this funny growth on or near my ass I'd like the internet to look at and tell me what it is.

hahaha absolutely not man.  what i wanna know is if that's scratch on window or film.

Oh wait  just a Crispy  M&M musta melted a bit

that ain't crispy m&m lol it just a water smudge after tinting was done.

The scratch is inside of the car. Well, I used my finger nail gently to rub it back and forth and I couldn't feel anything....but I can't tell if it's top or under the film.
