What do you guys do?

Would ideally like to remove the bottom gasket to get a better install, anyone know how these gaskets come out or are they fixed to door card?

Or should i remove door card, but im pretty sure on these the door card splits in 2, has a inspection flap that opens and im sure the door card is attached to the reg?

Well took the job on. Options are either remove window, tuck gasket, or slide under gasket. I removed window as was easy, window out in 5mins, 2mins now i know how. Tinted right to the edge, shaved edge, back in and looks spot on

what is the rear like to shrink mate?

1 of the easiest rear screens iv done, and not very tall so uses minimal film
