Global QDP on a rear window

Recommended Posts

Ok so I installed QDP on a rear windshield for a customer and he just told me he have some kind of reflection problem with the defroster line? He told me when light shoots at the defroster line, it creates an irritating rays of light and glare. He didn't experience this prior to the installation. This is the first time someone ever told me about this, and i have no clue what to tell him. What Should I tell him? and Does anyone know what he is talking about? Please help, Thanks.

Night Time Defogger Distortion

At night you may notice that the light from headlights will reflect off of the defogger lines. This is caused by the film having to bend slightly around the raised defogger line, it varies from car to car, and there is nothing that can be done about it.
