2008 Acura Tl quarter glass

I have one of these to do tomorrow. I've seen others with tint and the quarter glass is always tinted just up to the trim leaving a big gap at the top. Can you take the glass out or easily remove the trim. Thanks.

You can remove the window. Some trim the gasket or use alot of slip to slide it in.

very true and it will need moleskin.. the rear quarters when you clean them you will want to make sure you slide a hard card between the rubber and glass loosening the rubber, makes it to where your almost stretching the rubbers and making the install easier

Yeah, good call Jeff, forgot about the moleskin. Doors come off easily with just a few screws if I remember correctly. Be careful with door panels though because you can break off the door handle wire thingy if you yank on it or let it hang. It is a green plastic piece.

yes dont even pull the panels all the way off. remove all screws and be careful of the green piece FOR SURE. loosen to the point where you can slide the gaskets out from the side and then hang the panel back on the door.. keeping it close to the door start on a rear door so by the time you get to the fronts you have the hang of it
