looking for some insight on BG install

Recommended Posts

I prefer to reverse roll. Makes it a lot easier getting in car with film.

On carpeted decks, I sometimes use the heatgun to braze the loose fibers.

I like the bitcher paper idea or maybe some wide Rtape transfer paper... :nope

Be careful taping h/liners, sometimes the fabric will come down with the tape.... :thumb

But for me I usually try to check the h/liners condition before I even clean the BG.

Turn it into a 200$ upsell to recover it and tint the car while it is removed....But maybe thats just me... :thumb

Hey Shady, I always wet the carpet first before and it seems to melt rather than burn the fibers. You might already do that but I'd figure I would throw that out there. :lol6
