Heres my MOBILE peel board. Very straightforward but does the job for mobile work, and folds up a slides into van easily and doesnt take up much more. 1 sheet of perspex + a pull out stand

You don't want your board horizontal. Airbourne dust falls downwards and WILL get in to your film and ultimatly into your job.

Try to make sure your board is a s near to vertical as poss.

Sorry if I am teaching you to suck eggs,

Cheers for the tip malc.

The main reason i take this mobile peel board with me is just for ease of rolling film out the box, and also so i dont have to cut on the car, after iv shrunk i just mark where to cut then take film to peel board and cut on there instead of car.

So to reduce airboure dust falling down i could simply transfer to outside of window and peel liner there?

we make them out of metal. wall mounted racks and roller racks. you can see the roller in the pick we have 4 of them. they hold glass 46x90

we prefer them on an angle also, makes it easier to cut on and transfer IMO
