Last week I thought I had more film on the roll than I did and I sucked the tube up to the back of the plotter and since then when I try to do longer cuts the machine feeds out about 4 inches and locks up with this error message. It's p1ss1ng me off and I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are still having problems with your machine, try going here:

http://support.rolanddga.com/_layouts/rolandreports/_productsupportsearch.aspx

if you go to the "firmware" section and try to update the firmware that may be enough to reset the parameters. the error code sounds like an issue with the feed motor being out of calabration. the firmware may help, but if not and you need to replace the motor, most people can do it them selves if they are a lil handy. the motor usually runs about $350-$500.
