Florida Tint Laws, Do I Have Them Correct?

Florida and Texas have similar tint laws for drivers window (25%).  Since some car glass seems to be getting a bit darker, we recommend either 30% or 35% VLT to stay safe.  35% is safer.

Good luck

:yeah Not just some cars; all cars are now reading between 70-75% VLT. Sadly, mannies are not keeping up by altering their film VLT to accommodate the lower auto glass VLT's and with States having 'NET' laws, fines for both car owner and tint shop, it is prudent to stay safe® rather than push the envelop.

Just an aside to the discussion, solar and UV rejection performance values of :: eh hem :: clear auto glass is also improving dramatically over the once known standard.
