blue max channel squeegee

Recommended Posts

couple weeks ago I went to a flat glass job and did not really take my auto blue max. Custy wants me to tint his 2 drs and strip on his pickup truck. The only thing I could think to use was my 6 inch channel blue max. To my suprise it work as well if not better then mt auto blue max. Anyone ever tried this out before?

I have been using it on door glasses for the past couple weeks as a test. I do a different pantern but it pushes out so much water, when I had to pull a piece off because it had some trash in it. The film left glue it was so dry already. And I have noticed the film seems to have much better clarity by just making one stiff pass instead of a couple with the auto max. I don't even hard card the middle. Just the edges with a towel.

I used my 8" orange crush for awhile, after my blue max went for a swim in the river. I actually loved it for back glass and it wasn't bad on rollups, just geometrically speaking it doesn't make sense.

Used to use the channel blue max for FG but I noticed they wear out quicker and leave water trails. Plus, like TD said, with all that metal I've gouged a few pieces because I am also a klutz. Auto I bet it wouldn't last a day or two before winding up in the river. :lol
