We are currently looking for some experienced Automotive Window Tinters in Lakeland, FL.

We;ve been ranked as a Top 50 Mobile Electonics Retailer by ME-MAG 3 years running.

We cross train all staff members, so we typically have 2-3 tint capable individuals on a daily basis.

Laid Back environment. We are serious about we do, but at the end of the day its just 'car audio & window film'.........LETS HAVE FUN! Our staff members tend to stay around as our 'newest' staff member has been with the company for nearly 1 year with our Vetrans James Drinkut (6 year Ceritifed Master Technician) & Joe Cassity.(12 year Advanced Technician and experienced auto film installer) If you are looking for a STABLE HOME. We're a medium-high volume shop with 3 stores (2 in Lakeland). We carry a wide range of products including car audio, mobile video, security, rims, tires, tint and more.Our stores are a tight knit staff of 3-4 people whom help each other and work as a TRUE TEAM. Everyone leaves together and helps each other get their work done. After all, doesn't it feel good to know your team mates have your back?

We pay commission, salaried and also offer incentives/bonuses. Pay is based on experience and an individual basis. We aren't simply looking for 'a tinter' we are looking for a long term associate looking to find a stable shop and a long term career. We are busy year round, not simply seasonally and utilize top of the line films.

We have in-house plotters and use 3M, Llumar and some Viper Films.

• Potential applicants should have an open availability.
  
• Should have a minimum of 1 years PROFESSIONAL tint experience.
  
• Should be able to Tint virtually any car's rear window in 1 piece. (Sorry we RARELY, if ever have a vehicle unable to be tinted in 1 piece rear windows).
  
• Be able to proficiently demonstrate Tint Abilities in a reasonable time frame. (Reasonable time frame for Tinting a vehicle is 1-2 hours).
  
• Be able to Tint a minimum of 4 cars a day and ideally be capable of 6 cars (TOP QUALITY, no corner cutting).
  

Any experience with Mobile Electronics (Sales or Installaion) is a huge plus. Experience in flat Glass also a huge plus.
