anyone do a 370z yet? any tips, tricks, hints, what to look out for?

I saw on the one post some guy said about taking some screw or bolt out to make the windows dont move up or down when you close the doors? on these cars when you shut the door the window moves up about 1/4 inch maybe........

I have to do one on tuesday here soon, 35 percent

I use to do that same thing until I had an infiniti Q37 screw me up. After reinstalling the door pin. Every time you open and close the door it would drop the window a half inch until it was all the way down. Ended up having to reprogram the window through the switch. Now I just clamp them down. :cool

thanks for your advice guys. I definetly used the clamp to hold down the switch and it worked perfect. this car wasnt too bad at all. it took me a little over 2 hours to do it. the back window needed more shrinking than I thought it would need, but still not alot. the side rollup windows needed a little shrinking at the bottom, the small windows on the side that dont move were hard for me to get too. they are set in past the interior plastic about 5-6 inches. hope this info helps someone
