So after it was all done the stick there face rite up to every window and eye f#@! Them so I have to explain why its just not gunna be perfect, they are expecting not a single spec.

That right there is 100% your fault.

A big part about this job and not getting comebacks is meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations, but you can't do that if the customer expects perfection can you? :nope

Before the work is done you need to educate the customer about window film, what it is, how it's applied, and it's limitations.

Doing that after the installation sounds like bullsh$% to the customer.

You are going to have to explain it anyway, so you may as well do it before you start the work instead of after and look like a shmuck to your disappointed customer.

If you prepare them for the worst ahead of time, and then exceed those expectations, then you have a happy customer every time.

I couldn't shut the bay doors because if I did I couldnt walk around the car. I don't know if you have ever been to west Texas but the wind blows everyday, litteraly like 5 mph to 10 mph on calm days.
