I am getting some peanuting issues where the film is not going down over the rear screen heater lines. On some cars, they are quite raised. Any ideas other than wire wool?

Sorry, one more question. What about film that 'peanuts' when NOT on heater lines. Why does this happen. Is it to do with external temperature, heat gun temperature??

"peanuts" are more about how you shrink the film than what it is they are forming on or around. If you lift the film off of the glass after you are done shrinking and it is looking pretty rough then you will have more issues with how it will lay down. Simply the film trying to be what it is and the adhesive trying to hold it down....

Learn to shrink the film smoother with less visible distortion in the final product and you will find the best answer to this issue!

You should see how the film looks when I am done shrinking it. The "ryk" shrink is really smooth....but there are many ways to get similar results....
