Help! VW 2012 Passat

I am wondering how you people get the seals out of the newer volk's and audi's? The panel peels back so easy but I grab at the seal by hand and it doesn't budge! Have no problem Half n halfing but always good to know more options.

Ok, i've been doing this since 1989, i have done 2 of these windows in the last few months. You need a squirt bottle with extra soapy water,

then, once you get it in place, take that extra soapy water and soak it down.  The soapier the better.  Push the bulldozer straight down,  then work it side to side, take your fingers and separate the dash from the glass...it will help.    Good luck, they are hard!
