Well if Blackout Window Tint is a 3M PR Window Film Dealer, all he has to do is pick up the phone and place an order, my guess would be that he is not, seeing that he is looking for the price of the PR film.

Looking at your last 2 posts Tint Eastwood, sounds like you are insinuating that a 3M Distributor or perhaps even 3M is going behind 3M Dealers or anyone inquiring about 3M Window Film and snatching up the job from underneath them.............?

I think what he was insinuating is that where BO is not a Prestige dealer and he is going to " call 3M" about getting the material. They may be inclined to give a dealer, local to the project a heads up.
