2013 equinox

I pulled the panels on on the front, one 7mm behind the handle, and two 8mm just below the handle. For the rear I removed the 7mm behind the handle, but I pulled the top back and grabbed the seal out. To put the rear back on I flexed the top of the panel. The rear should really be removed to get the sweep, but I could not figure out where to get to the screws holding the panel on. The rest of the car was simple.

I tinted one of these and both of the small rear port windows had contamination in the same exact spot... so I stripped them and retinted, razored and.scrubbed.... same result...... then repeated to get same result again...i told the customer it could be because of the suction.cup from the factory that it.had.done this..... it had me irritated beyond belief..

anyone dealt with this??

Got to razor blade everything welding slag or whatever it is happens more often than one would think. At the dealer I would just have service order a new glass cause you can't get it off. And even if you could it leaves a pitted surface.

just take a 10mm socket to.pull the wiper blade off and.your good to go!
