tips on sweeps?  when i did it, i had to remove the entire door panel due to how the clips on the inside of the door also sit on the sweep.  no problem at all shrinking the back glass but those door sweeps seemed like a pain in the ass to me.

Get a long hook tool or the like. They release from the bottom so go under the clip and pull up on the bottom of the clip to compress it and release the panel.
