McCoyH
6 months ago we upgraded to a 3K sqft shop where we do roughly 8-10 cars per day. Pulling the hot cars inside keeps the building twice as hot inside as it is outside, and the back door where my detailers pull the detail cars in to wash them in the washbay is always sopping wet and lots of moisture floating around from the pressure washer.... We have an exhaust fan at the very top of the building but it barely helps.... Any ideas? Oh, and to make things worse the seilings are 25ft (roughly)

TomTint
Bringing in hot cars from outside to wash them is going to create more humidity. I would start by moving your wash bay outside under a tent of some sort. If you pull 3 cars into a building ghat have been sitting in the sun all day, you just brought 12,000 pounds of radiator into your shop

McCoyH
We started leaving the east and west bay doors open, got a large cattle fan and a couple smaller fans. As long as we keep things clean havent had any contamination issues so far
kats2112
I worked at a shop that hosed down the cars to cool them before pulling in...... Until he popped a windshield, then it was back to hot cars.
TintWizard
have or create a shaded area for a car. Have the car come 1/2 early . Pop the hood in the shaded area to allow the heat to escape the engine. use cool water as part of your mounting mixture. Collectively all these single steps will help aid .
