Air Blue windshield - Any problem with suction cup monuts?

Got my windshield done with Air Blue 80 a week or so ago.

I was wondering if suction cup mounted devices like radar detectors or GPS units would affect or pull the tint loose? I would hate to come out on a hot day and find my GPS and RD has screwed up my windshield tint job.

I've had it on my windshield for over 3 yrs now with 2 different suction cups on it with no issue at all (so far)

Difference is though I can redo it cheaper than you if there's a failure so I'm not saying do it but rather just reporting to you that I've had no issue .

you can definitely put suction cup mounts for gps on there no problem. I've been using it on my personal vehicle for 3 years as well.

I would not recommend it, will your warranty cover damage do to a suction cup impression in the film ............... ?

It is not the best idea, but if your are going to. Make sure to take it down once a month and clean the area good. This will keep the suction cup rubber from becoming cooked to the film.

You could always just put it on when you need to use it.. ie driving. Then remove it when your car is parked.
