Customer Service - how do you do it?

Pulling from a different industry. One suggestion I would have is service after the sale. I'm sure most tint shops service ends once the customer drives away, unless there is a problem. Something as simple as a follow up phone call a week later to a customer thanking them for their business and asking them how their tint looks on the car and if they have any questions about the tint. It reminds them that they are indeed important to you and something more then just $$$$$.
