doing mobile window tinting. in need of an alternative to qdp.

Thanks for the advice black wolf. I like the fact they make 3% limo i always get customers asking for darker than limo lol

It is soooo dark. So nice to work with too. It doesn't shrink like Suntek but once you get the hang of it it's easy peezy. I have Pro 3% on my car right now. I love it. I do have a Fl exemption for sunscreen tho so in my case it's completely legal!! Woot woot!

Most of my business is mobile, have an old storm door glass that rests against the work van, tree, or whatever is nearby. I try to keep the distance minimal from the install when removing the release liner to apply the film. Normally only get a couple specs here and there with this method. The specs are almost always at the spot where the release liner is still attached to the film, bottom half of the glass around the edges. Seem to always heat out with minimal effort, no matter the film brand. Mobile tinting can be a beast because of the elements, happy thoughts go a long way on a windy day!
