Rear window and sides stripped

when scraping glue off of a rear window I have had great results with 00 wool. if you are sketchy about that use 000 it is fine enough to not scratch as long as you have enough lube

use a garbage bag and a heat lamp or a bake light from a bodyshop next time on the back glass. It will save you sooooo much time.

Normally that rear with the gasket remover takes 30 minutes tops,including the 10 minute dwell time between coats,but this was tint from hell .I used a can of cheap auto zone first and it didnt, even blister the film,then went to high dollar remover that bubbled it up then peeled off fairly easy.That film should have bubbled up and started to fall off,devil tint I tell youuuu Tried bag way all the differant ways and always took to long :booga

I have found that smashing the glass and replacing it with virgin glass is a very fast way to fix the problem at hand.

So gasket remover helps with the removal of tint on the rear galss? Hmmm.......let me know I need to try that.
