This if the express window film website. Gt979. Can you shoot a video of you shrinking the ball glass? This would help with exclaiming in a little more detail what the problem is.

A pair of 2 dollar brow jersey gloves is what I use.. you'll find out you can get the film hotter than what I'm sure you are and shrink it better with more experience. Used to not be able to shrink with a hard card and it'd take like 30 min to do.. now I prep, rough cut, shrink, final cut, wet test and install in about 35 min.. you'll get it just don't give up. Learn how the heat gun works and use scrap pieces of film to see how hot you can get to get a good easy shrink.
