We did 2 of these yesterday not to bad the door windows are pretty curved so you definitely want to shrink them, the rear defroster is thick I would recommend using the 0000 steel wool before installing back window.

I do work for 2 Ford dealers so these are gonna be a dime a dozen. So far I have done 2 also. Have you noticed the side roll downs have different bevels? Either they do or I am loosing my double pattern cutting touch.

Wow I thought I was going crazy did a 3rd one yesterday and my computer cut pattern fit perfect on the one side and about a 1/4" short on the other side from front to back,I didn't notice on the other 2 because I only did one side and TTC did the other side.

Definitely need to steel wool. Those defroster are chunky jerks. I may be spoiled but I'm disliking the new models quite a bit. Never thought I'd miss the roomy back seat of the old ones

I had no issues with any kind of "chunky" defroster line(s). I do like the fact that there aren't any headrest in the way while trying to install the film on the back glass. The back glass seems to almost be the same as the newer Fusions. If you do not remove the door panels, it would be a good idea to shrink the front roll ups, they have more curve than previous models.
