Okay. Gotta add to this thread. :typing

The windshield has foam at the bottom. The film will bottom out into this if you are doing a whole windshield. If you squeegee to much, the foam will start to come out in chunks. Be careful.

I do work for 2 Ford dealers so these are gonna be a dime a dozen. So far I have done 2 also. Have you noticed the side roll downs have different bevels? Either they do or I am loosing my double pattern cutting touch.

Nope, you aren't losing your touch. The driver and passenger door glasses are different sizes. By almost a quarter inch. :crazy Thank you for confirming what I thought today. :thumb2

We're tinting for Ford Dealership but had a very hard time on 2015 mustang rear glass. Any tricks to clean besides using steel wool. Thx

Theres no reason you should plot those windows...Like i said this no longer a skilled trade.????????????

Who said anything about plotter cutting.  :err   We are talking about double cutting and ending up with a window that doesn't fit.  :?
