Viper Remote start issues

Hi, I have a viper remote start with a 1 way remote (7153v) and cannot figure this thing out.

 

First, there is no chirp when I lock and unlock my truck. I went to vipers website and saw under FAQ to put the key in, turn to run, turn off and hit the button on the viper system. Did that and the light is now flashing but still no chirp.

 

Second, I would like for my windows to roll up when I click the lock button but cannot figure this out.

Couple questions:

Is your siren doing anything at all? Intentionally set of alarm to see if the siren is even functioning.

If it is still working than the alarm is probably set in valet mode or silent mode.

2. In order for you to get window roll up when arming the vehicle you would need to have additional product added to the car to operate that function. This means going back to the installation place and paying for the roll up modules and labor for installation.
