Use a clear liner off of an already peeled piece of film. Put it on your transfer glass. Then lay the graphic over it. Peel the graphic which is now attached to the liner and lift off the glass and place on window. With the liner still on the film squeege the graphic then remove the liner. BAM your done.

I think Pro and I pretty much do it the same way. Sometimes I have the graphic weeded before install, in that case I will usually use a transfer or premask tape. My prefered method is to use a liner or scrap piece of film and install the design before I weed out the extra crap. :) Once you do it enough...either method works well.
