ryker with your method you dont get peanuts on the newer ones even with the thick defrosters

the 300s are the same just esier to knock down cause its a smaller window , steel wool

the only down side to steel wool is your introducing more contaminates into the window therefore more cleaning and triple checking before install , sucks after you knock all the defrost sown and install and find a piece of steel wool (hair) in that same window clean cean clean reverse scrape also works but takes a little longer my 2cents

I rarely see any peanuts. It is about the smoothness of the shrink. If you see a lot of distortion when you lift the film you are bound to see the film try and lift. If the film is smooth then there is no tension to make it lift.

Stan has pictures of some windows I have shrank with the film of the glass. The film is not all wavy.

ryker ive used your method on altimas and maximas and some Hondas but never the charger . I anchor higher on that window but a lot of excess on the bottom not a hard ahrink but gonna have to try your method on that one,
