I got a q-42 with tint tek 20/20 im having troubles with a 40 inch roll of solar gard binding up when the rollers pull it back threw the machine. Looking for any advice the machine seems as if it's going too fast. I have the machine on slow. Could someone give me tips on settings..?

On my set-up. When you go to 'send' the pattern. In that command block there might be a settings section to slow the cut speed down.

If cut speed is down all the way on the plotter itself, then cut speed has to be changed on the computer. I think? Every program is different but I hope that helps.

It might be static!  The tint sometimes sticks to itself when it rolls back. Watch it and make sure that is not what is happening!

The blade should "scratch" the film.  The downforce is what you probably need to check.  Call your software co and get them to help you set it up!
