thats one of the first tools I was given when I first started tinting, it made quick work of a late 80's camero rear window!

lately a few years ago I was still using them to do my clean up cuts cause you can see through it, they also have a bigger one that is a foot long with an alluminum handle and it would certainly make quick work with flat glass. jsut keep them sharp or sanded to be safe!

I ordered one outta curiousity and can tell you that it's hard to find an exact use for it for either Flat or Automotive tinting. I primarily use mine for glue extration on the dot matrix because it is very pliable and comforms well to the contours of the the glass specifically on the upper corners.
