today, General Motors called my dad asking him all kinds of questions about his SSR. just basic kinds of questions. when they were done, he asked about the problem with the rubber gaskets. of course, this person is just asking the questions and not prepared to answer technical questions.

after a couple minutes, the guy asks him if he would like to have one of the designers call and talk to him.

he said "you bet I would. I want to know what their thinking was when they put in gaskets with no felt, and what they plan to do to fix it."

they're supposed to call early next week. so maybe we can get an idea what the hell is going through these idiots minds when they do this crap.
