States & Shop owner fines for illegal tint

We all know reasons for custys to keep it legal but I wonder if all the shop owners & installers know what the penalty is in their state for installing illegal film. Please post your State & penalty.

Had a guy tell the cop he did the tint and he wrote him a $190 install ticket. Not sure about a shop though. NC
