Solar FX 60" roll ideas

Recommended Posts

Ordered some Solar Fx 30% and 50% in a 60" roll.  Cut to 22/38.  Others I have used have boxed them separate, but the SFX came in the 60" box just cut.  Anyone do anything to make the usage any easier for that?  Have to remove the roll I need from the box to use it, which is not ideal.  Like havin the box to hold onto.

Once I have some other stuff run out I thought about switching out to other boxes, or takin the 22" and puttin in another box and recutting the 60" down and tapin the end for the 38" or something.  Just curious if anyone else had this issue, or maybe I will see if they will send me it packaged that way next time.  The 36" 5% I ordered is obviously fine....haha.

This is what happens with Huper too.  We order 60" cut into 40/20 and comes in the full 60" box.  We use to keep old 40" and 20" boxes and flipped them out, but it gets old so we just roll with it now.  We remove the 20" from the box to pull the doors and we will pull from the box for the 40".

We do stock all films in 20", 24", 36", 40", 60", and some 72". Next time when ordering a 60" that has a cut other than the normal sizes and you want them boxed separately please let us know as we can accommodate that for you. It is pretty much a universal standard when ordering a 60" custom cut it goes back into the 60" box.

Cool.  I will do that next time.  I am gonna have some boxes empty up here soon I can use.  Not a big deal really.  I understand why you do that, just didn't think much of it because I have only had a 60" cut down from Suntek and it was boxed separate.  But I can use my others and mark them when I run those empty and switch over.  Just way easier in a box. I actually took a suntek roll out of the box today to roll the 30 I was putting on a Camry just to make it easier.  Good to know!  Thanks!
