veteran installers advise please

Ok. Ol school Tinter trying to straighten out our shop! We picked up leather installation 4-5 years ago through some of our dealerships. We are moving into a new building with more space. I am wanting to dedicate an area to just leather install. So we can be more efficient. I feel like there is equipment out there that we don't have that would make our job easier.

#1. Headrest. Where can I get this vacuum tool?

#2. Is there some type of stand or vise to hold seats down so 1 guy can install by himself?

We have a steamer and basic tools. Any help would be much appricated
