I'll go against the grain as usual and say the name means squat. I've seen plenty of fancy named places go under. The people looking for the "professional" name, are more than likely the most likely to be a major PITA... :hmmm:lol

So what your saying OT is that a fancy name like "Rothschild's Window Tinting Company, LLC." don't mean Jack Squat when you've got to LIVE IN A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER !!!" just to keep the doors open for business?

A name has everything to do with success in my book. You have to do some research around the area that you are doing business in. What type of customers do you want to target? How much are you planning on charging for your auto and residential jobs? What kind of image do you want to project to your potential customers? Without knowing specific demographic information, it is hard for us to choose a good name.

For example, if the town that you are doing business in has alot of residents that listen to rap music, then Sirtintsalot would be a great choice. If most of the people listen to Country music, then it could be a disaster.

I had a similar problem about a year ago and was trying to decide between Auto Mall Tint Factory or Auto Tint Specialists. After thinking it over and over, I chose the name that fit my image. I opened a shop inside a professional business park and wanted to not limit myself to just autos. I was right off Auto Mall Parkway exit and only about 1/4 mile from a big Auto Mall. Needless to say, I made the right choice.

If you like Sirtintsalot so much, you can always use that name as your screenname on this awesome TintDude.com site instead of Roach. :hmmm:lol

:lol:nope

I'm telling you, the work means a hell of alot more than any damn fancy name you come up with. I had plenty of contractors in to work on my house when I did an addition and major remodeling. I ended up running every one of those fancy named places the hell off my property. :beer The guys that did the good work were smaller operations, straightforward, no fancy freakin brochures, and no BS. Got it, Sirtintsalot? :lol:bling
