Program for appointments and invoices

I know it's been mentioned before, but I can't seem to find it. It was a program that sent text alerts for appointments and such. Could someone help me out?

that or we used to use something part of Microsoft 365. Had a nice calendar set up and would sent notifications to your phone, that worked good

I'm not looking at a program for myself, but the shop I work for. It seems like no shows are getting worse. We need something to remind customers, and possibly confirm appointments via text preferably.

Yep, Yellow Schedule works beautifully.  You set the message and times you want to send the text or email.  I send a text 24 hours before and 1 hour before along with a Thank You message 24 hours after.  They confirm by responding Yes or cancel by responding No.  It also works for people at work that can talk on the phone and have a question.  You can text back and forth with them.

I do see that it charges based on how many texts are sent. Would be better at a flat rate but were interested for sure.

I have a $50 which is 250 texts, but I just checked and they no longer have it.  The $30 option should be fine with 100 texts

The thing is, we have roughly 10 to 15 customers a day, that's 15 a day times 24 business days. 240 to 300 a month. If we send them one text, but we would prefer a text the day before and a text the morning of their appointment as well, now we're up to 600. Idk what were gonna do.
