The glass settled in the frame?  

 

Appears the glass has not settled or even moved at all vertically , also the adhesive and the clear pet has not as well but the rest of the film has.

 

 

 

Did you use a blade to confirm there is pet still at the top?

 

Comments here at the shop think someone may have over slipped and it slid down the glass.

Have seen this on automotive (won't name the brand, but not 3M), but the top layers had actually migrated upwards, so there was an inch overhang at the top of wind ups.

Obviously just a poor laminating adhesive. The migration on auto wind ups is obviously from force/friction from winding down the windows, but in this case looks like pure gravity.
