blue paint, green window glass. silver film will look greenish silver and make me puke. Go for a blue-black smoke and stay ffaaaaaaaaaarrrrrr away from charcoal which is green in the glass/tint business or silver which is whiteish and will show the green of the glass

Your best solution for heat rejecting without having a shiney appearance is going with Huper Optik ceramic 30%. This film has a visible light transmittance of around 33-34% and Solar Energy Rejection of 61%. It is guaranteed not to affect am/fm reception, GPS, radar detectors, cell phones, etc. To find more information on this film, click on my website and you can check out pictures of this film installed on different vehicles. You can also click on the Huper Optik name to go directly onto their website for additional information.

I suggest

Aliminum foil

It's cheap, looks great, and easy to apply

If this guy is not a DIY'er I feel sorry for the porr tinter that has to do the work for him
