Well I couldn't resist so I messaged her to see why. Evidently it was a Christmas gift from her boyfriend and he surprised her. She said the job I did was just fine and customer service was great. Eases me a little.

Got a letter from BBB and customer is saying we violated his constitutional rights by insisting on a deposit for artwork on a print job. He found my competition very accommodating he states!

Constitutional rights.....jeeze

Bad part is we will have to be careful answering so we don't get sued.........

Seems frivolous at the very least. Especially if he wasn't actually a customer.
