I highly doubt this especially since 99.9% of 3M dealers do not carry 3M Ceramic since it was not made for automotive and has a silverish mirror look. You probably bought "3M Ceramic" offline which is some counterfeit film from China. I actually did a video showing the difference of real 3M Crystalline versus Ebay "Crystalline" that you can see below.
